Special Discounts

Military Appreciation Discount:

This discount is available to all active duty, reserve, and veteran members of the military.
To receive the discount, the individual must present a valid military ID or proof of military service.
The discount applies to graphic services only.
This discount is for digital design only and does not include printed materials.
The discount percentage will be determined by the company and may vary based on promotions and special events.

Community Giving Discount:

This discount is available to non-profit organizations that are registered as a 501(c)(3) or similar status.
To receive the discount, the non-profit organization must present a letter on official letterhead confirming their non-profit status.
The discount applies to graphic services only.
This discount is for digital design only and does not include printed materials.
The discount percentage will be determined by the company and may vary based on promotions and special events.

Bereavement Assistance Discount:

This discount is available to families who have suffered a sudden loss.
The discount applies to all bereavement graphic services only.
This discount is for digital design only and does not include printed materials.
The discount percentage will be determined by the company and may vary based on promotions and special items.

Payment Policy

For all design projects, a deposit of at least 50% of the fee amount is mandatory before the project can commence.
You have the flexibility to pay any amount above the minimum deposit requirement.
If the artwork produced by Digifiti Graphic Design and Ionna Photography and Imaging, LLC is used for commercial purposes, an Extended Commercial License is required if the sales exceed 50 physical or digital copies.
Payment of the deposit is necessary to initiate the production process.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the design.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within five days of final proof delivery will result in a daily surcharge of 10%.
Full payment is required for design fees that are less than $85.00.

Design Policy

Our Design Process

Once you’re ready to get started, you will receive a link for your deposit. Please pay immediately to begin design production. (Designs less than $85 require full payment)
Once you have paid your deposit, we will begin the design process using the information you provided.
We will deliver a design concept for you to review within 3-5 business days after deposit.
Once we have revised to your liking and you agree that the design concept we produced suits your needs, we will continue and finalize the design. (Excessive change requests will delay your turnaround time by 24 hours per request and will incur an additional fee)
Once we finalize the design, we will make up to ONE additional revision upon your request.
Once the design is completed and approved, you will receive a second invoice reminder for the remaining balance, if any. Once the balance is paid, you will receive your final design. Please keep in mind the second invoice will be due 24 hours after completion and subject to an additional late fee after 24 hours)
If you choose to print your work with us, you will receive a separate invoice for printing and shipping costs, if any.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND you are the customer and we want to achieve the look you want, however as your artist we will communicate to you when something is not visually appealing and cannot be achieved under Ionna Photography and Imaging, LLC's design guidelines.

Turnaround

TURNAROUND

Each design project has its own specific turnaround time. For design projects or website design, we will generally provide you with a design concept to review within 3-5 business days. Rush is available. Turnaround times DO NOT INCLUDE PRINTING OR SHIPPING.

First Preview

After receiving your initial deposit, we will generally provide you with a design concept to review within 3-5 business days, depending on the project type. Please inform us of any changes or additions you would like to make to the concept.

Feedback

We appreciate your feedback on the preview we sent. Kindly let us know what you liked and disliked, as well as any changes you would like to see. Please note that your feedback and change requests may extend the "Final Preview" date.

2nd Preview

After incorporating the changes you requested, we will provide you with a second preview for your review. At this stage, we welcome additional feedback and will finalize your design accordingly.

Final Preview

After your final design is complete, we will provide you with a preview to review. Once you approve the design, and your final payment is made, we will deliver the final design along with all necessary files..

Final Delivery

Upon receiving your final deposit, we will deliver your final designs via email or WeTransfer (depending on the file size).

Payment and Fees

Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
