You will be able to download the file immediately after purchase.
 
Our artwork files are created with care and delivered in a high-quality format. You will receive a printable JPEG file, which is approximately 5000 pixels at 300dpi. You can send this file to any professional printer of your choice.

If you require a different size, please notify us after purchase and refer to our chart. This may add 24 hours to the turnaround time.
 
If you request a different size, DO NOT USE THE DOWNLOADED FILE FOR PRINT.  We will send it via email within 24 hours of order processing, as long as it is during our business hours (Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm CST). If it is after business hours, you can expect to receive it the following morning.
 
We will send you the completed design after you approve it.  No final files will be delivered without your approval.  Delay on approval will also delay your file delivery turnaround.
 
How to print?
Locate a commercial printer that can print on vinyl, heavy duty paper, or fabric or ask us about printing. We require 10 business days advanced notice for backdrop printing.
 
Some designs may contain copyrighted materials.  We do not claim to own any copyrighted materials used in the design.
 
Not only do we provide the cutest, already-made backdrops, we also can work with you to design a COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED DESIGN to match your party or event.  Just let us know what you’d like and we’ll design it!
